Crown Royal Elderflower Bramble

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Crown Royal

o ½ ounce St. Germain

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o 1 dash Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 dash Hella Citrus bitters

Garnish

o lemon wedge

Method:

1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass

with crushed ice.

2. Add cocktail ingredients in

order.

3. Add more ice as necessary.

4. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Remarks:

If you don’t think of rye cocktails

when you are out in the summer

sun, think again.
