Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Johnnie Walker Red Label scotch

o 2 ounces Coco Lopez

Coconut Cream

o 3 ounces pineapple juice

o ¾ ounce fresh lime juice

o 1 splash of water

o 1 pinch of sea salt

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o pineapple slice

o pineapple leaves

Method:

1. Blend cocktail ingredients

with ice until smooth.

2. Serve over ice in a

hurricane glass.

3. Garnish with pineapple

slice and leaves.
