Cold Brew Negroni

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay gin

o 1 ounce Campari

o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge

o 2 ounces cold brew coffee

Garnish

o orange peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with an orange

peel.

Remarks:

After a day of testing Campari

recipes, we weren’t expecting

too much from this caffeinated

cocktail. But we were surprised

with the result.
