PH factor: 9.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ounce Hennessey VS cognac o 1 ounce Boulard Calvados VSOP o 1 ounce Southern Comfort o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters o 1 light squeeze of an orange wedge Garnish o cinnamon stick (optional) o candied ginger (optional) Method: 1. Combine in a brandy snifter. 2. Garnish with cinnamon stick and candied ginger, if using. Remarks: This is a very warming drink and one you will want to sip slowly. .
