PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 wedge of a pitted plum o 2 thyme sprigs o 1 ounce Plum Gekkeikan wine o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice o champagne Garnish o plum slices o thyme sprig Method: 1.
