PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO rum o ¾ ounce Campari o ¾ ounce Patrón XO Cafe o 2 ounces espresso Garnish o orange peel Method: 1. Stir cocktail ingredients over ice in a mixing glass. 2. Serve up in a cocktail glass. 3. Twist orange peel over glass then rub it around the rim of the glass and drop it in for garnish. Remarks: This is surprisingly good just as it is. . . .


Yet Another Coffee Martini
PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ounce Goslings Black Seal rum (151 proof) o 2 ounces Sandeman Tawny Porto 20 Year Old o orange bitters to taste o 2 ounces cold coffee or espresso Garnish o orange peel Method: 1. Shake cocktail ingredients over ice. 2. Serve up in a chilled martini glass. 3. Garnish with orange peel. Remarks: Above average coffee martini in terms of strength. The 151 rum probably has something to do with that. . .

PH factor: 9.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ½ ounces 1800 Añejo tequila o ½ ounce Kahlúa liqueur o ½ ounce Schladerer Edel-Kirsch liqueur o 1 shot cold espresso o ½ ounce agave nectar o dash vanilla extract Garnish o 3 coffee beans Method: 1.
