The Old Thyme Sour Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¼ ounce green Chartreuse

o 2 ounces Tullamore D.E.W.

Irish whiskey

o ½ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o ½ ounce Cinnamon Thyme

Syrup (see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

o 2 thyme sprigs

Garnish

o 1 thyme sprig

o 1 rosemary sprig

o lemon wheel

Method:

1. Swirl Chartreuse to coat

the inside of a cocktail glass

and discard excess.

2. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

3. Strain into the prepared

glass.

4. Garnish with the lemon

wheel, thyme, and rosemary.

Remarks:

By the time we tested this we

had already tested hundreds

of others. Yet we both had the

same reaction, “Whoa, this is

different”. Enjoy.
