The Drake Reserve Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ¼ ounces Woodford

Reserve bourbon

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto (20 Years Old)

o 1 dash Woodford Reserve

Spiced Cherry bitters

o 1 bar spoon maple syrup

Garnish

o Woodford Reserve cherries

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into a chilled

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with cherries.

Comments:

This feels a little like a

Manhattan with an axe to

grind. One might be tempted

to sip this cocktail. If so, an

Old-Fashioned glass with a

single large ice cube might

be the way to go.
