Ingredients:

o 12 ounces of almonds pulverized

o 1 ½ cups sugar

o 12 ounces water

o ½ ounce rose water

o ½ ounce Moroccan Orange Blossom Water

o 1 ounce Hennessey VS cognac


Method:

1. Bring sugar and water to a

boil stirring to dissolve sugar.

2. Reduce heat, add almonds,

and simmer stirring until the

mixture reaches a syrup-like

consistency.

3. Add florals and remove

from heat.

4. Cover and let steep for 8

hours or overnight.

5. Strain into an airtight

container using a paper filter.

6. Add cognac.

7. Seal well and refrigerate.
