Old Fashioned Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o sugar cube

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

o 2 ounces Woodford Reserve

bourbon

Garnish

o orange peel

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

Method:

1. Muddle sugar and bitters

in an Old Fashioned glass.

2. Add ice and bourbon and stir.

3. Garnish with cherry and

orange peel.

Remarks:

The Old Fashioned is among

the earliest cocktails and has

certainly passed the test of time.

A warming bourbon such as

Woodford Reserve coupled with

bitters will tickle one’s palette

and ease one’s mind. Being able

to munch a good cherry like one

from Tillen Farms always feels

like a reward for a drink well

drunk.
