Manhattan Cocktail (Perfected)

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Jim Beam Bonded bourbon

o ½ ounce Lillet Blanc

o ½ ounce Lillet Rouge

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or 1 dash each of Peychaud’s and Hella Orange bitters

Garnish

o orange peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass

or into an Old Fashioned glass

over ice.

3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Remarks:

Perfection is worth striving for.

So if at first you don’t succeed

by all means have another.
