Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Flor de Caña

Extra Seco rum

o ¾ ounce Plymouth Sloe Gin

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o 1 dash Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 5 mint leaves smacked*

Garnish

o mint sprig


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Fine strain into a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with a mint sprig.


Comments:

*Stack the mint leaves and

fold them into a package.

Place it in the palm of your

hand and smack it. This

helps release the essential

oils without the debris that

muddling creates.
