Ginger, Pear, and Bourbon Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

o 2 ounces Woodford Reserve

bourbon

o 1 ounce Pear Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o Fever-Tree Premium Ginger

Beer

Garnish

o pear slice

o lemon wheel

Method:

1. Muddle ginger in a cocktail

shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients except the

ginger beer and shake to chill.

3. Serve over ice in a double

Old Fashioned glass.

4. Top with ginger beer and

stir lightly to combine.

5. Garnish with a thin slice of

pear and lemon wheel.

Remarks:

Ginger and pear play well

together and with others,

notably bourbon. Enjoy.
