Brown Derby Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon

o 1 ounce grapefruit juice

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o grapefruit peel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Express grapefruit peel over

the drink and drop it in as a

garnish.

Remarks:

This is a refreshing bourbon

cocktail. Words not often heard

together. Named for the iconic

Californian hot spot that was

established in 1926 and sadly is

no more. Fortunately for us, the

cocktail lingers on.
