Brown Butter Bourbon and Pear Cocktail

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Brown Butter

Bourbon, see: Syrups etc.

o 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

or to taste

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

o 1 ½ ounces Pear Syrup, see:

Syrups etc.

Garnish

o lemon peel


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.


Remarks:

This gets extra points for being

so original. It tastes like liquid

butterscotch but the bitters keep

it from being cloying.
