Bourbon Pecan Pie Martini #2

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o finely ground pecans

o Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce

o 2 ½ ounces Finlandia vodka

o ½ ounce Jim Beam Bonded bourbon

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o 1 ounce cream

o 1 scoop Häagen-Dazs

Bourbon Praline Pecan ice cream


Method:

  1. Invert a martini glass into

a shallow dish of caramel sauce

to moisten the rim. Then invert

it into a dish of ground pecans

to coat the rim of the glass.

2. Blend remaining cocktail

ingredients until smooth.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.


Remarks:

This is a dessert-like cocktail.

But one that could be fun any

time you want a tasty snack.
