Bourbon Daisy

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Woodford Reserve

bourbon

o ½ teaspoon grenadine

o ½ teaspoon Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

o 3 ounces Fever-Tree Premium

Club Soda

Garnish

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

o lemon peel

o edible flower petals

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a collins

glass.

3. Top with soda and stir once.

4. Garnish with a cherry and

a lemon peel, or flower petals if

you’ve a mind to.

Remarks:

A daisy is a cocktail with a spirit,

sweetener, some citrus and soda.

You can make a daisy with any

spirit and probably should.
