Jamaican Martini
PH factor:  9.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 3 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin o ½ ounce red wine o 1 tablespoon Goslings Black Seal rum (151 proof) o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters or to taste Garnish o 1 slice of a Jalapeño or cherry pepper (optional) Method: 1. Shake cocktail ingredients over ice. 2. Strain into a chilled martini glass. 3. Garnish with pepper slice if using. Remarks: An interesting combination of ingredients with or without the pepper.
