Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Bénédictine D.O.M.

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

Garnish

o 1 ounce cream

Method:

1. Combine Bénédictine and coffee in a cup or mug.

2. Float cream over the back

of a spoon to top the coffee.

Remarks:

Easy, tasty, and a little sweet.
