Spanish Coffee

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o sugar

o 1 ounce Pedro Domencq

Fundador brandy

o ½ ounce Cointreau

o ½ ounce Tia Maria

o 4 ounces hot coffee or espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o chocolate shavings or

cinnamon


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a glass

mug and invert it into a shallow

dish of sugar to coat the rim of

the glass.

2. Warm and ignite the

Cointreau and pour it into the

prepared mug.

3. Add remaining cocktail

ingredients.

4. Top with whipped cream.

5. Garnish with cinnamon

or chocolate shavings.


Remarks:

A real caffeinated cocktail.The

taste of coffee is not diminished

at all by the other ingredients.
